Enhance your mental fitness online

Just as exercise and eating healthy food is good for your body, working on your goals, your strengths and effectively dealing with demands helps you to get the best out of your life. In the course How Are You, you work on your mental fitness at the pace and intensity that works for you. You can use the insights and exercises to your liking, whether your aim is to make slight adjustments or drastically change your current lifestyle. The short and practical lessons enable you to quickly bring the insights you gain in this course into practice. And benefit from them.

Five online lessons

In this course there are five lessons of approximately 15 minutes each to enhance your mental fitness:

  • Lesson 1 - How are you?: In the first lesson, you identify your strengths and demands, and how they currently affect your mental fitness. Then you think of actions that increase your strengths and decrease your demands.
  • Lesson 2 - Steps Forward: In this lesson you learn how to deal with little daily challenges or irritations.
  • Lesson 3 - Dealing with Difficulties: The first two lessons are about everything over which you have a direct influence in the short and long term. In this lesson, you're going to look at what you can do about all those things over which you have no direct control or influence.
  • Lesson 4 - Support and Limits: Why do everything yourself when someone else can get you a faster or even better result? Knowing when you can use help is a valuable insight. You also reflect on your own personal boundaries and how to guard them.
  • Lesson 5 - Conclusion: Just like your physical fitness, your mental fitness is something you need to maintain on a regular basis. In this lesson you will look at how you can maintain and improve your mental fitness with little effort after this course.
